2. Items are not used before unless stated
3. No refunds, returns, exchanges, etc
4. Once the parcel is shipped out, it is the responsibility of the consumer and I have no authority or responsibility over them.
5. Once the money is banked in, it means that you have agreed to this terms and going against them would result in breach of the understanding between us
